"Non existent customer service"

I'll start by saying I am will leave reviews when I am happy and it takes a lot to for me to leave a negative review but here we are! Paint arrived on time. Paint delivered was wrong colour. I decided to use it in any case as I wanted the job complete. Applied sealer one day no problem. Following day painted first coat, easy enough. Re-fixed tin lid and allowed first coat to dry. Drying time advised 6-8 hours however after 12 hours still tacky. Had to apply heat for a few hours. Opened tin to apply second coat, paint had formed solid lumps throughout - unusable. Emailed to explain what had happened expecting a replacement or discount on another tin, no reply, followed up two days later, no reply. 5 days later no response, called them - they don't answer. Can't even order another tin as I have no idea what the colour is that's been sent??? Clearly this business has a nice website but is actually run on a shoe string with no actual staff members in the 'customer sales team' and if there are staff members in that team they want sacking, RUBBISH!

"Absolute joke of a company"

Absolute joke of a company. Delivery took 2 weeks not 3 working days and in 3 seperate deliveries !! Now after following the instructions the paint is peeling off the drive and no reply from customer services. Spent over £250

"I made an order for £250 which was…"

I made an order for £250 which was supposed to have been delivered in 2-3 days. 3 weeks later and I've had no sign of the paint and the company does not reply to any emails or queries left on their site. The phone is also never answered

"Worse support do not exist ahhhhh"

I ordered weeks ago they sent me a batch that it's not only thin but only 3/4 full and there was a thick skin all the way through. Weeks of not answered emails, I been telephoning all morning, not answered. If I get no answer in 3 days i will refer to resolver and ombudsman, they need a kick to become more active in consideration of their customers. I will make formal complaints to the directors company house helping me .19.09.24 trust pilot asked for more details. I entered and it did nothing. The details are written as above .I eventually did have somebody call me back who said he was not normally in the office but he was dealing with paints orders at the moment, he quickly sent me a new batch which is superb and he said call him directly on his mobile number for future orders during the conversation I gathered they are having staffing problems. Checking the internet it is not only me but many more affected. While he was excellent I do not believe I will be dealing with them again. I can't afford the hassle and lost time

"Shambolic service"

Shambolic service, having ordered from the website I paid for next day delivery due to needing the paint for a job over the weekend.

Order and money taken... then silence... next day no tracking information provided, sent an email and was given an apology and told it would be dispatched that day... guess what, it wasn't.. in fact several days later and it still hadn't been sent, no response from emails, no one answering the phone, it was only the threat of a card charge reverse that got them to respond and cancel my order.

Website looks fantastic and professional but clearly what ever is happening behind the scene is shambolic and unorganized business practices. Pay a little more from another seller or risk sitting around waiting for an order that may never arrive.

"Fraud/scam business - AVOID."

This business is owned by the same Ltd Company that owns Everest Paints - Jarvis Industries Ltd. Total fraud happening, collecting your money and sending you an order confirmation with no further contact. Mr Jarvis has a rather fetching photograph of himself in front of his red BMW on his facebook page, though.

It is impossible to reach a human on the phone and your emails will go unanswered. They just collect your money and deliver nothing in return. I have reported the £300 of product as fraud to my bank and also reported them online to this website (I have had to spell it out as this site doesn't permit links in reviews) - insolvencydirect dot bis dot gov dot uk forward slash externalonlineforms forward slash company complaint dot aspx.

I highly advise anyone else who has been taken in by their fake websites to fill in the form and report them to your bank. Here's hoping the law comes for them and locks up every Director of Jarvis Industries Ltd. 100% FRAUD!

"Bad customer service"

Bad customer service, with a phone line that is obviously not connected. Do not use if possible. 8 days after ordering I am still waiting for half the order of Block sealer, and have had to return 1 tin because it was damaged. I have sent many emails with very little response. £330 down and order still not complete. Section 75 credit card claim is next option.

"Laziest approach to business I’ve ever encountered. "

Needed advice due to an issue with the qd patio paint. Their phone rang and rang and rang, for 15 minutes before I gave up. Says on website they reply to emails quickly in business hours, no reply to any emails 3 weeks later! I had to seek advice from a local expert for my issues, it also states on the website that they have a live chat option, this is not true either. Wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. Furthermore on the website there is a section that’s says you have to ring to be able to go to the store, but nobody answers the phone? Nobody responds to emails and they leave orders sat in the processing pile for days before shipping. What does anybody do in this company?!???
