"ANTI SLIP PAINT"

Brought the light grey anti slip paint and primer, as it was bare concrete and only 12 months old so quite powdery. Primer goes on like water so easy to use and seals the surface. Left over night and first coat of paint by brush as the surface was quite rough. Left that over night then put second coat on with a roller. Fantastic result and finish. Now easy to clean and looks great.

I second the last person's negative comments. Customer service is an absolute shambles. I emailed to complain about the paint and sealer I had applied had bubbled up and lifted with the first sign of the temperature dropping. I explained I followed all the instructions and left more time than recommended in-between coats of both primer and main coat, even left the floor undisturbed for another 4 weeks until I put the car in the garage. I first noticed an area had started to bubble up and on closer inspection had completely lifted of the concrete. I had a reply, simply asking did I follow the instructions....to which got my goat up as I'd previously explained with pictures, had another reply asking me what my exact action was, replied.... another came back well you need to scrape it up and do it again ! Would not entertain whatso that it could poss be the product. Garage is a right mess now and they have not offered any resolution. What a sham of a company

"Bad, Bad, Bad! Avoid!"

One of the worst companies I've dealt with in ages! We purchased some paint that was recommended to us, by them, for the job that we needed. However, the paint is absolutely not fit for purpose, and lifts off every time we roll our trailer in and out. We can't reach customer service by phone, and on the rare occasion that we get an email from them, it sounds like I'm talking to their 17 year old, work experience guy, who hasn't got a clue and doesn't give a toss. Will never shop here again.

Do not order from premium paints!The worst company I have ever dealt with! Ordered paint online not heard a thing in 3 weeks so emailed them several times,no answer! Rang numerous times,no answer! Then emailed them saying please cancel the paint we ordered as have just bought some more as need to do a paint job! Still no answer! Then a week or 2 later the paint was delivered to us,and when I try to ring and email them,still no answer! So now stuck with paint we don’t need because of these cowboys!!! Stay well away,have to be the worst company in Britain!

"Excellent"

I bought some paving sealant last year. My builder built and designed concrete flooring in my front yard, which he sealed with the sealant. So far I am very impressed and would recognise your business to my friends and family. Excellent!!!

The paint was delivered quickly. Very well packaged. Lots of bubble wrap, in a strong cardboard box. The paint went on lovely. Leaving no brush marks. Dried with a great finish

"Won't use again."

Tin full of skin that wouldn’t mix in meaning that quite a bit of the volume wasn’t usable. Ordered a second hoping it’d be the same shade but same problem and different shade. Contacted customer services but no response. Won’t use again.
