"Avoid at all costs "

Avoid this at all costs. Firstly called as we have had a brand new showroom built, to make sure I was ordering the correct paint, and the quantity. They sent 7 tins too much!
Secondly and worst of all, the paint never stuck. We followed all the relevant preparations, and primed it. Make sure it was within the temperatures. It has never set!
The vehicles drive in, and there is paint everywhere. Even just spilling a bit of water on the floor is enough to make it come off and liquify all over the place. Cars, shoes, products, all covered.
I am now 2 months down the line, and this photo was taken today whilst removing some water off the floor where a car has driven in, and the rain water has sat.
I know have to spend £1500 getting it all removed, along with the cost of the business being out or order for a good while. They don’t want to help, not bothered. Just said it needs to be ground off and redone!
The concrete was first installed in October. Standard concrete, no polishing was carried out. I still cannot clean the floor as it just turns to mush.
