"Terrible Service is an understatement "

Terrible Service an hour waiting for help only to be hung up on both times, Sales team laughed at me when i called to try get support. 4 hours trying to access my account.

Some of the worst support i have ever seen, this is a shambles of a company.

Update I eventually got through to someone in the UK who was able to help me right away. She was very nice to be fair.

As for the call line it was terrible service.

Can't use, have emailed three times requesting help, all ignored, and now it's starting to deduct money from my card - even though i can't use it. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

"Tried to call multiple times"

Tried to call multiple times. At one stage automated message said wait time 7-10 mins. I eventually hung up after 45 mins. No one answering emails. Wont be using them again.

"My experience with the Perx card has…"

My experience with the Perx card has been extremely frustrating. I first contacted customer support in April 2024 due to an issue accessing my account, and as of December 2024, the problem remains unresolved. I’ve sent emails, followed all the instructions provided on the website, and attempted to call multiple times, but nothing has worked.

When I try to reset my password on the website, I’m asked for a PIN that I never set up, as this is a gift card. This prevents me from resetting my password and regaining access to my account.

Additionally, the phone support is terrible. I always have to wait over 40 minutes to get through to someone, only for the call to drop or, in rare cases, be connected to a representative who cannot resolve my issue. In my last attempt, I provided all my details to the representative, but the call was disconnected again without any resolution.

In summary, I’ve been locked out of my account for months, and customer support seems either unable or unwilling to assist. I do not recommend the Perx card to anyone. The experience has been frustrating, and the support is some of the worst I’ve ever encountered.

Fantastic service from Perx. I dealt with Christopher who was more than beneficial with helping our company order our cards for our employees. Would highly recommend.

"Perx Card issues"

Hi I am managing this years order with Perx for our Company received the cards over a week ago and although many Employee's in our Company have been able to activate the cards without issue some have encountered issues some of these issues I would class as major and needs to be resolved asap by Perx . For customers who are struggling to activate / register Perx Physical cards, Please Try this Fix it should hopefully work especially for those that would have used Perx in previous years. Go to the Perx get my balance website address should be on the cardboard 'wallet' with card. Please remember that the website address has changed slightly since last years one. Create a new Account . For the Username don't use the email addresses you would have used last year or in previous years either work emails or personal emails if you do they won't work, use a different new email not previously used or create a new email Account for this purpose enter your card and personal details required open the terms and conditions and then click on terms and conditions and submit additional step if purchasing online is to set up 3DS secure all the above can be done without trying to contact Support or requesting password resets etc, if this posts helps you can you please give it a mention as I want Perx to resolve an outstanding unresolved issue with some cards.

"Without a doubt the worst customer…"

Without a doubt the worst customer experience I’ve ever had .
If there was a minus star I would give it to them for Zero respect for customer. Left on phone this morning enquiring whereabouts my 15k co order for staff was in the “ System “, they told me to ring back !!!, Who is the customer here
Then got my delivery and heaven help anyone who tries to activate the card , hope you get a half day off work to try to activate same , left on the phone for 76 minutes and then cut off mid sentence, everyone I met “ couldn’t help “ and just passed me on down the line . I have never ever been so badly treated by any organisation in 50 years . Perx rewards !!, more like Perx passionate about inflicting pain on decent people .

"Just like other people's reviews"

Just like other people's reviews, I experience the same issue. I registered a new account and when I tried to log in with the credentials, it was saying wrong user name or password. I used my other email account, the same issue, wrong user name. I clicked on forgot password, I received a notification email to reactivate my account because it was blocked from multiple attempts and I was taken to log in page again, where I have to input again the same credentials, which are not accepted as correct. The registration flow is wrong, it needs to be fixed, so as forgot password process! I called Customer service to no avail. First time I called, the automatic operator said I need to wait 20 minutes, as I am on queue. I then called again later on the same day, this time it was 55 minutes. Who would wait so long time to speak to an agent? I emailed customer support, so far no response. I didn't experience this issues last year. They changed something in their system recently that fails every attempt to register cards or register an account.
