"I have just had by far the worst…"
I have just had by far the worst experience ever with this company. I placed a substantial gift card order with EML for Perx reward cards and have just discovered they have sent me cards for substantially less than I paid for for my team. I have spent 2 hours today and 1 hour yesterday trying to speak with a manager. I have been hung up on twice today and was assured yesterday that I would receive a call back from a manager which I have still not received.We are now 3 weeks away from Christmas and I am €12500 out of pocket with no way of resolving the issue for my team. Needless to say I will never deal with EML or Perx again and would strongly advise other companies to avoid using them for their team rewards.

I had reason to contact Perx support and got great help from Chris Evan’s. Best support I have gotten! Understood the issue and treated it with relevant urgency. Someone who wanted to solve the problem not read a script and pass me off.

Used to be a great service until this year. Impossible to get your balance on line in fact I think they di that on purpose because they dint have a good it engine to back this up. Then you go to call to get your balance over the phone and it just goes around in circles asking you to enter the 16 card digits. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING THIS CARD FOR EMPLOYEES. Its a disaster and they need to get their act together. **UPDATE - PERX DID REACH OUT TO ME TODAY -they apologiesed and said they are going to see what happnened with the phone system. I told them they need to look at making it easier to check balances as this is a real downfall of the card. I have to say fair play to them about trying to resolve my issues and getting in touch - lets hope they listen to their customers and look at all these glitches.

Easier to get into Fort knox that register these cards. Finally after days of attemps I tried to buy something online with (a 3d enabled) card, only for ANOTHER verification code needed but none was sent to me. Missed out on the bargain. Very very frustrating and unnecessarily complicated to use. Avoid.

Fintan Finnegan the customer support coordinator was so helpful in terms of reassuring me with the process and updating me on our order. He was so responsive everytime I had a query and I always felt reassured. AI chat box could never replace human interaction. Fintan has done his job very well and looking forward to doing business with PERX again.

They make it near impossible to register your card (that's paid for) in the hope you just give up and they can keep your money. They also don't allow you to retrieve your password if you forget it. Complete scam.
