"Diabolical service"

Diabolical service. I am almost a year trying to resolve an issue with a card. I am convinced the only reason this company is still in existence is because no one can use their cards, they take €3.00 a month management fees, from what I can see the only thing they manage is to keep your money !!! Would never recommend these to anyone

Just to further iterate on some of the negative comments that are already floating here. My situation: I received a gift card earlier this year, with a small amount of cash on.

I was kinda surprised when i found out just today that the card had been already completely depleted by maintenance fees.

To whoever reads this and wonders if this prepaid card company is reliable and a good thing to use for contest or just giving your loved ones a nice gift: Just don't. There are other ways to make nice gifts; this will just cause grief and potentially problems to yourself.

Its very difficult to find a positive spin. While there is probably some fineprint that those fees exist from day one and the provider is given the right to do so, i'll expect this to be the response from Customer Support, pardon, as this is probably more of a "Customer Deflection"; i highly doubt that there will be any help outside of some consolation about this issue.

I sincerly hope this will help someone else to understand why not to choose Perx Rewards.

again spend nearly hour on the phone with customer service, no result . Have already collection of perx card which are not working !!! AVOID for any cost !!!!!

I have been phoning for over SEVEN weeks to get a replacement card. Constantly fobbed off being told their updating systems and I’ll have it in a few days. Absolutely avoid. Still haven’t got the money either!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Can't activate the card, it keeps asking me for a code given to me by my employer but I got the card as a gift!!! Avoid avoid avoid, seems like a scam to keep money. Their phoneline is disconnected and no reply to any emails. Clearly a scam. I won't be recommending to my employer as a corporate gift either, 89% of reviews are one star or less..

25/10/24 - I have already tried to call PERX, your phone lines divert to an answer service, no reply to email and no DM recieved either. The only message from PERX was them asking for more information, i cannot be more clear than to say i need a code to activate the card which i do not have as this is a gift for completing a UCD survey.

25/10/2024 - Adding my PERX card number here 5441 4825 5863 6557 and 6 digit pin 994370. Wishing the best of luck to anyone trying to access the balance.

ZERO and I mean ZERO help from PERX, no DMs recieved or reply to emails, scam company as far as i am concerned, they took the money and ran.

As with others whose reviews I see, I have been unable to activate this card. It is impossible. I shall be making my views known on social media.

Have been trying to activate this card since last december through my employer. Tried email, phone you just get passed from pillar to post. Nobody wants to take responsibility for it.

NEVER buy this reward card Perx this is a joke I believe they try to keep your money as you can't not acces your money, your password is not working when you want to check the balance and they don't never send you the code for reactivating the password I tried probably 25 times and nothing !! For using your card you must activate the card because your card is blocked from the beginning!!! you are not able to spend your money if you not activate the card !!! If you email them they don't answer to your email !!!
Is mean simple they will keep your money forever!!! This is a fraud because they don't allow you to spend your money !!! Be aware do not but PERX cards !!!
