"Have used for many years, just a few points to consider going forward..."

Have used Perx for the last number of years for employees. We previously ordered physical cards but this year decided on digital cards to receive them quicker and be able to add to ApplePay. The process from ordering to receiving the cards was relatively easy, however, one thing I would note is that the cards arrive via email and look like a scam (we had employees move the email straight to junk). It was also difficult enough to activate the cards to use online if you have previously had a Perx account set up but I found the phone support very helpful and they explained that a new email address would need to be used to set up a new account and then the 3D secure was easy to activate then and easy to use for payments online following this.

Have a frozen Card with a 1000 euro on it and they refuse to deal with me via email even though I provided all relevant info I was just ignored. In the process of getting a solicitor. Would not recommend

"Details sold to them and they refuse to delete details"

My details were sold to them as I never spoke to anyone or agreed to anything. 4 emails later and they still haven’t deleted my details.

I have been dealing with Perx Cards for a number of years now, and they are so efficient and dealt with any queries I had very Promptly and Fintan in customer service could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend them for all your gift card needs, and they are so easy to order online. Well done

"I cannot activate my card and feel so…"

I cannot activate my card and feel so frustrated and annoyed. It said I have an account which is true but I can’t remember my password so I click on forgot password several times only not to ever receive an email with code. This is on the back of last year when I logged into a clone account and then had to get a replacement card only to find it was loaded with wrong amount. Please revert asap and correct the issue.

I have had credit cards ,debit cards countless cards all had to be activated one way or the other,but perx cards verification to activation is utterly useless, im going to recommend we use a different provider in future. Absolutely terrible customer service as well, rant over.

"Tried out a perx card - AVOID"

Tried out a perx card. Although I could activate the card via the app, the card for instance does not work on Amazon. In order to activate 3D secure, you need to login into their web page. Unfortunately, the credentials you use for the app cannot be used on their web. Tried to call the support line, first time got put through to a mobile number that was out of reach, the second time a voice told me that i had to wait for 426 minutes ! No response to email either.
