"Really smooth process, works perfect "

Writing this as there are a huge number of negative reviews out there and I was worried.
I had a great hassle free experience. I ordered 2 perx digital cards and the process took only a min or too. I then got the invoice. Paid that the next day and then the cards issued to the recipients straight away.
The recipients were able to add the cards to apple and google wallets without issue.

Genuinely great service so far. Will update if the spending experience changes

"Dreadfully frustrating"

Dreadfully frustrating; I receive a card each year from my employer and every year there is a problem activating it - this year being the worst yet - learning from last year I saved all my passwords on my phone but the website rejected them when I tried to activate this year’s card - there is an option to reset password on the website but it doesn’t work - customer service are polite but incredibly unhelpful;; I use the card for online purchases and c.service said that while their tech team may take a few days to get back to me to fully sort my issue they would send me an email to activate my card temporarily for store purchases - I never received an email. They are dreadful. My card has a significant sum on it which I cannot access

"Bad gift card "

Bad gift card , dosen't work anywhere and its anoying to use. I received it for free , in other case i would't think even for a second buying it for a loved one

"Thi is not a good idea or a gift to…"

This is not a good idea or a gift to somebody because if you are using this card or not they will charged you every month!! This is the company gift card and I was saving this card because I want to use this when my children coming in London and buy all the things for them!! And I was surprised after 2 years I saw may balance they deducted every month and it cost €3 a month for the charges. thank god I registered this and I have to used now otherwise It will be gone for the charges!!!!I can’t imagine! I can give ZERO STAR

"Excellent Ordering experience"

My experience ordering Perx cards this year was very positive. I dealt with one of the Senior Managers and their communication with me was excellent. I could not fault the process this year and Craig couldn't have been more helpful.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I have a Perx digital card with €1000 on it. I am not able to use it online at all with any store that accepts Mastercard. Every time I called the helpline I was given different made up stories. They refused to refund me also.
Don't bother emailing them because you will get no reply.
Wish I had checked the reviews first.

I've been given a couple of Perx cards as rewards and they are great. No problem activating and as I have them in my mobile phone it's super easy to spend. Hoping to get another one soon for Christmas 2024

"Problem solved "

For several hours, I tried to activate the card, but errors kept popping up every time. I was about to give up completely, but then it struck me to try doing it on my laptop instead of my phone. The activation worked on the first attempt! If you're having trouble activating it on your phone, try using a computer.

"Got my money..."

Got my money.. I was very worried reading all the reviews that this was a scam after getting this from my manager.

Although this is real and I have been able to access the money, the interface of setting it up is very very tedious and frustrating with many different codes and info needed. Could do with revamping to make it more user friendly. Customer service was unreachable by phone. I emailed with no response as of yet (however that was earlier today so not proper reflection unlike other reviews who I believe)

I did make the mistake of entering the 3 digit security code on the back of the card rather than the 6 digit one beside it multiple times as did other people in the office so read everything through first as there are about 5 different codes/passwords needed

"Scam, avoid at all cost!!"

Update: company contacted me after I posted originally. Assured me it was sorted out but it wasn't 😕 The number they gave me call with any problems was in the UK and engaged when I tried to call. Emailed them back a week ago and no response. Have spent hours trying to activate my card and travelled to collect 3 times and have nothing - liars and cheats!!
Should report to the authorities. Unable to activate my gift card, Perx told me to go to the supplier, they told me I had to go to Perx, neither tried to sort this out and I travelled to the supplier twice on Perx instructions.
Waited on hold for over 25 minutes and agent told me they had to transfer me to another department. This was a lie and merely returned me to the queue.
Avoid this company at all costs!! Scam!
