Despite supplying my contact details for a DM I have still heard nothing further from Perx ...shambolic !!
We have spent a considerable amount on digital cards for our staff . A number of them cannot access their cards and it is impossible to contact customer support....huge wait time on calls and emails ignored.
Extremely disappointed with the service ...won't be using Perx next year .

I've complained about these cowboys before, to no avail. New cards from company arrived - would love to use them but IMPOSSIBLE to register online, even though I have an account. Tried setting up a new account - won't let me. Tried calling - pointless. Sent emails - not replied to. The truth is that if your company gives you one of these cards they are INSULTING you. Perx should be investigated for how it treats customers. What a sad situation.

I can't activate my card and I'm so frustrated and upset. It says I have an account, which is true, but I can't remember my password, so I click "Forgot Password" several times, only to never receive an email with a code
Contacted Support. Nothing happens. No code.. Calls over 50 minutes... And that at the Christmas Time...

Just received card, our company rewards us at Christmas every year with perks. Saved my password from last year but still can not get in. Cant change password just going around in circles very frustrating.

My surname isn't being accepted when I go to activate my card. I've called 3 times and been on hold for over an hour. Have requested a call back and have emailed. Absolutely no contact has been made by perx.
UPDATE: still have had no one contact me. This service is a scam.
