Very bad company, I ordered a mobile phone from them since 19th January and unfortunately the DPD driver delivered my parcel else where, StockMustGo informed me that they will investigate with DPD. This investigation was concluded on DPDs end as I spoke to them and they informed me stockmustgo will receive money from them in order to refund me. However even now I am still yet to get my refund from stockmustgo meaning they have stole my refund money. I have tried to contact them numerous times and I kept getting told that the order is being investigated by police etc. but it is blatant they have stole my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Do not buy anything from these people they are a total waste of space will not correct an order even though they have sent wrong goods for a birthday present stating they don't and never sold a x box controller even though they sold me a xbox console with controller what a joke of a company clearly they buy cheap goods and just sell them on without refurbishment
So an update although I was promised a new controller they have sent back the old used no good for the xbox controller and now they are saying it's the new one what an absolute joke of a company you couldn't make this up if you tried

Update again the controller that has been sent is the original controller that you claimed you didn't send and don't sell even though it is on your website and now claiming you have sent a acceptable replacement when you haven't I can't believe your trying to get out of replacing a £40 controller this company is a complete joke and have no idea of customer service all they do is lie lie lie please do not waste any money on this company they are not trusted
