Ça fait plus de trois mois que la discussion est en cours et je n'ai toujours pas reçu la pièce, mais beaucoup d'excuses de leur part sur des raisons liées à leur incapacité à gérer le problème. Je suis très patient mais c'est vraiment une bande d'incompétent.
