The person at Ready wanted to know if I still wished to receive the product. So that shows me they pay attention to their customers needs . Good company to do business with.

"STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND!!"
I placed an order on May 2, 2024 totaling $1,500. I recieved the pendant lights I ordered but never the chandelier. After NUMEROUS calls and conversations, I've been given the runaround repeatedly. I have for a refund several times but still nothing. Yesterday I spoke to Joanna who informed me I would receive my refund promptly. Then I spoke to Radh who lied and said they attempted delivery but it was refused!! That is untrue!! This is a business address and I have been waiting for this chandelier for a client. I certainly would not refuse delivery. When I asked why she said that, she didnt have an answer then changed her story to the item being shipped back to them. I am so dissappointed with this company and will not be ordering ever again. They are not trustworthy!

Before submitting my order, I didn’t notice that there was an additional charge of $9.95 for damage protection. After inquiring about it, I got an email right away explaining, “In cases packages are damaged during transit and how they handle them - we can file claims which usually take up to 3 months :( With Damage Protection though, we would not need to wait for the dispute investigation from the courier - when it arrives damaged to you, just send us photos or a video clip - we can immediately process the replacement then :)”
I appreciate the prompt and very considerate customer service communications with me and an option to delete that protection; but I realized that since the package was coming from China, I saw an advantage to getting the damage protection. I LOVE the Crystal Eye Table Lamps. They really help to brighten up a wall that is very dark and far away from windows.
