Terrible experience with Residence Supply. The products were poorly packaged, leading to breakage. Customer support was unhelpful, and it took weeks to get a refund. Avoid this company if you value your time and money.

The quality of products from Residence Supply is disappointing. Items arrived damaged, and customer service was unresponsive. Their return process is a nightmare, and I'm frustrated by the lack of communication. Not worth the hassle at all.

They (badly!!) copy designer items. The images look fine, but like AliExpress stuff it looks amazing when you buy, but when received its a cheap or even broken rip-off. Would never ever recommend this. I wished I had saved my money for a real, considered item.....

Also their reaction below does not state anything about copying original items, as they do but badly! please don't do business with them..
