"Buyer Beware"

We initially ordered pendant lights, and they came, and they were just downright ugly and cheap looking. We went to return them, and they were going to charge us a massive restocking fee or we could get store credit. We needed some rugs, so got the credit, and used the credit for rugs. If you can call them "rugs." I spent $300 on a rug that looks like it was screen printed on plastic. The other rug I got, I realized I ordered the same one from Wayfair for half the price. This place sells some cheap home furnishings, and cheap as in tacky but not cheap in price.

I ordered the wrong outlet covers at first because my electrician reconfigured two outlets to one. The RS team helped me with my exchange to ensure I received what was needed. They are beautiful brass switch plates and the toggle switch is so pretty. Love it!

"I ordered a dining chandelier in July, 4 months later it still has not arrived."

I ordered a dining room chandelier in July, they were going to make it dimmable for me. Every month for three months I wrote to get a status update and I was told it was in production. Last week (month 4), I wrote again and was told they put it on a ship (from where I have no idea) and it would arrive November 19. Then it sits in Customs, then it is trucked to me! I might get it 6 months after ordering! Someone should have told me that or given me an option to pay air freight. I will be returning it sight unseen after waiting all this time as I need to buy other lighting in that room and cannot wait another 2 months. Ann tried to smooth things over but I think this whole order was very poorly handled.
