Honesty, the worst company I have ever had the displeasure in ordering from. They sent me 2 faulty lights. One got lost in the post and the other damaged beyond repair. Their communication is extremely poor; very bad English and they simply go around and around in circles, each time requesting more and more photos.

I have now triggered a legal claim as I am fed up of their behaviour and shambles. Avoid at all cost; please do not order from here.

Residence Supply have attempted to remove my review as they didn’t like the contents!! Beware.

This company has the worst customer service ever, do not but from this company, They lied on the description and stated the item was wood and it came as metal painted to look like wood, poorly at that. They wanted to make me pay $67.47 to return them. Unbelievable. This company is a complete scam.
