"Don't try to return"

The product comes with no return address. You have to email or call to get return instructions but the emails bounce back and noone answers the phone. I finally got an email back from a help desk person but she only asked why I was returning the item...she did not give me the requested return instructions.

The craftsmanship of these lights is evident. They've added a sophisticated touch to our law firm's lobby.

I've ordered a total of 5 lights from Residence Supply, 4 of which arrived with no issues. However I cannot give a better review due to the final light (Marianne Chandalier) which was very poorly packaged anx arrived broken in several places.
I've had several emails back and forth where they've offered a repair (I've refused as I can't see how a repair would look and good for shattered acrylic) and have asked for either s full replacement or refund.
I've yet to hear back after that request....

I'm not great with DIY, but installing the new bedroom chandelier was surprisingly easy. The customer service team was there to help when I needed it, and now the room looks like something out of a magazine.

I was a bit hesitant to buy a chandelier online, but the detailed descriptions and clear photos made it easy to choose. It's now the centerpiece of our nursery, and I couldn't be happier with it.

The chandelier we chose for our bedroom is just pure romance. It's like waking up in a luxury hotel every day. Also, props to the team for the care instructions – really helpful for keeping it looking its best.

They make it appear they are based in the US, but this is 100% made in china : from level of services to cheap looking products! I still havent received the second item for more than two months and it is impossible to get hold of them. RUN!

"Slow delivery and lacklustre quality"

Took forever to deliver and still waiting on one of the lights.

The products clearly aren't hand made, they're shipped from China and although I finally received 2 of the 3 lights ordered the 3rd light is still missing after a month and a half.

Although there are some interesting options on the sight I can't recommend it as a viable option, especially if you have a project you need to finish on time.

The two lights that have arrived are okay, but low quality.

"Product Not Delivered"

I ordered a lamp and was given an invalid tracking number for a USPS delivery. I called their number to discuss and a woman answered. It all seemed okay, meaning she asked the right questions, but just after she gave me the new tracking number the call dropped. I tried the tracking number, this time supposedly for FedEx, and it also was invalid. I tried to call back and no answer. This feels like a total SCAM.

Update: the lamp did finally arrive. Unfortunately it is half as tall as advertised and was delivered with a European plug. I asked to return and my request was denied. $156 down the drain. DO NOT purchase from this company!

Le site pas de souci il présente super bien. C'est justement le problème. Une fois la marchandise reçue, en fait c'est de la "pure m.....", je ne peux pas la qualifier autrement ! Et si on veut renvoyer à l'expéditeur, on perd 20 % de notre mise, sans compter les frais d'envoi en Chine et les droits de douane. FUYEZ !!!!!!!! Je me suis fait avoir une fois.. pas deux !!!!
