Placed an order for the Robina Chandelier on November 14th. Order shipped nearly a month later on December 8th to receive it damaged and missing the dimmable LED fittings paid for (which was extra!). The quality was reflective of cheap products mass produced, with this product obviously coming from China with shipping labels confirming as much. I had to assemble the fitting myself too. Emailed with pictures on December 29th requesting replacement broken parts, am still awaiting a resolution as I've been left with a damaged fitting, partially working as intended. £350 out of pocket and no sign of a refund. To say I'm fuming is an understatement. Complete scam, avoid at all costs and don't get drawn in to their nice looking fittings - they're cheap and unprotected during shipping and their customer service doesn't exist.

"Total scam, beware buyers"

I placed an order on the Residence Supply website on December 27, 2023 for an amount of $169.88.

I received the three items ordered. None work. I contacted the merchant site several times, which offered to send me a return label, and which has since stopped responding to my messages. I guess they are trying to buy time. As said by many other reviews, this site is a scam and they have the worst customer service ever. Also for your complete information they're using a misleading marketing but everything is shipped from china.

"Fancy website/ nothing like what you receive!"

Planned my island around gorgeous pendant lights from this company. They arrived and were ugly- not even close to the image online. The gold on the fixtures were yellow- bright gold - didn't match each other and not even close to the burnished gold. Didn't realize orders were arriving straight from China. Had to pay to return them. Still waiting for my refund. Do not order from company!! I was going to order a $2k chandelier - thank god I didn't!

"This company is a scam"

This company is a scam. I bought a chandelier, it took over 2 months to be delivered from China. Communications with customer service were super frustrating and unhelpful. Sometimes they didn't return an email at all. When the chandelier finally arrived, it had the wrong bulbs with it. Still haven't heard back from customer service about sending the correct bulbs. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Save yourself from the frustration and buy elsewhere.
