Received 4/5 products in my order, except for the most expensive one. Inquired 15 days ago about the order after waiting for nearly 40 days for delivery. What I have been told by Residence Supply's customer service is that they are still waiting for a response from their carrier. It's such a shame to have this negative experience because we were so excited for the chandelier we are waiting on.
I asked to get a replacement sent expedited. If I receive the product, I'll update my star rating to reflect if they have delivered good customer service. But since I have already been waiting for a solution for 15 days since first contact, I am nervous I will have the same experience as the other low-star reviewers.
Also, why does almost everyone's first and last name who left a 5-star review for this company start with the same letter? Seems statistically odd...
Update: finally received the replacement shipment for the lost item. I’m grateful I finally have my chandelier. Once I get it installed, I’ll share feedback on the quality.

"TERRIBLE"
TERRIBLE. I received the wrong item. they said they sent a replacement, 30 days, no replacement. I called and they said several more weeks. I am fighting the charges but I have talked and texted with them at least 15 times and still have no resolution.

"Avoid at all costs"
Avoid at all costs. Bought what looked like a beautiful light online however got it to find that the parts literally don’t fit. Customer Service is absolutely hopeless. Endless vacuous promises that don’t address the issue. Asked for a refund in the end given the product is faulty and even this basic legal requirement (in the UK at least!) seems too much for these guys. Terrible quality and experience.

"wrong fixture and missing parts"
they sent me the wrong fixture. When they shipped the right one, it came without a key part. Their customer service responds right away, but its now been months and I still don't have a working light fixture.

My parcel arrived damaged which consequently meant the light inside was damaged (bulb end was poking out of the box.) Contacted them to let them know about the damage (4 days after it had been delivered.) I then proceeded to try and fit the light to see if it was usable? Unfortunately the light was faulty so I contacted them again to let them know that it wasn't working to be told it was out of my 14 days and I could not get a refund (even though my initial complaint was made 4 days after I received it.) Awful customer service, DO NOT USE. The light came with no installation instructions and my electricians said it looked cheap and not worth what I paid for it. Foreign writing (chinese) all over the box.

"The company is a scam"
The company is a scam. The lights come from China and take 6 weeks to arrive, they are appalling quality and when you try to return, the refund address is in Miami so postage is expensive. And they charge a 20% restocking fee for no reason whatsoever. They then don’t process the refund at all and say the item is somewhere in their warehouse and they will get back to you but they never do. Avoid at all costs.
