"If I could leave no stars I would"
If I could leave no stars I would! 2 orders made only received one as the other was damaged in their warehouse however they didn't feel the need to let me know that I only found out when half my sofa set was delivered! Said they had arranged a refund and would email me proof of this however it never happened! I have now had to open a PayPal dispute! It's a shame as the one sofa I did recieve is nice but unfortunately the other part is missing! Advice to other buyers always pay with PayPal when you using this company! Communication is poor and they are not truthful when you call!

"Faulty towers of the furniture world"
Diabolical, total joke company, do not go near.. after receiving a sofa bed that collapsed, spent a month getting a replacement, after being offered replacement parts and then 10% discount. After arrival of replacement had two days waiting in for collection with no show. Time and money wasted after having to repack a sofa myself. Still sat in my kitchen, faulty towers was far more efficient.

"Appalling"
I won’t even bore you with the poor quality product containing the wrong parts (flat pack) to the poor communication, not replying until Wowcher got involved. I won’t bore you with the agreement to partly refund (as we have since managed to improvise by purchasing drill bits as we were getting nowhere) which was a ridiculous offer but I’d by that point lost the will to keep pressing, so accepted, only to receive a lesser amount (not even covering the cost of the drill bits) than agreed. It felt like the customer service representative was having great fun refusing to help. I don’t like publicly slating businesses as these are tough times but quite frankly online merchants are most likely doing well out of the situation so they should provide a good service and not rip you off. So disappointed

I ordered an office desk from Dreams Living via Wowcher and was extremely impressed with the speed of delivery, the wrapping and the product itself. It was exactly as described and perfect for a small home office desk.

"Where do I start!"
Where do I start!? After waiting almost 3 weeks for a delivery that was promised between 8-10 days, numerous emails that I just get the same response, which is it's being delivered. When I asked for the tracking number I was told it's not been shipped yet. Should be in the next 2-3 days. Needless to say 2-3 days has been and gone and still no sign of the delivery. I had to threaten them with trading standards in the end and I have now cancelled my order and waiting a refund, which I have been told will be with me in 3-5 days. Don't bother trying to call either it doesn't even ring, just says no one is available to take your call. Wish I had read these reviews prior to placing an order.

"Not fit for purpose over time"
For those who have bought through Wowcher and are singing the praises of this company, come back in 2 years and see if your fantastic rattan purchase is still looking so fantastic. If it is, great, but ours certainly isn't. The rattan garden corner sofa and table just aren't fit for purpose, unless the purpose is to use for 2 years then bin. Opened a complaint with the company who just ignore it until you give up. I don't leave bad reviews, in fact I don't think I ever have before, however, I don't think I've been completely ignored by customer services before either.

"What can I say...."
Items purchased 3rd June - delivered on 24th July after continually chasing.
Wardrobe was damaged, it is now mid September and still no refund or replacement.
Customer service are responsive but my patience is wearing thin now.
The quality of the furniture is similar/a little worse than Ikea for example. I would not have paid full price for this furniture.

I am not one to complain however this company is an absolute joke!.
I have nothing against people wanting to work in the UK from other countries but you need to know the language! The customer service was appalling English was limited and could barely understand the responses being made.
And then to be emailed to say my delivery was out for dispatch when I cancelled it and not getting a direct answer from the phone number provided was even more of a nightmare.
Really disappointed that I never listened to other reviews ! Now i am £360 out of pocket awaiting a delivery i have been told to refuse to even attempt to get my money back.
