Very poor rude customer service, no greeting!
I tried on a jacket and left on the stand by the mirror and as we were leaving the sales assistant SHOUTED SHALL I PUT THIS BACK .I will not be returning.

Love all the clothes I ordered, order arrived in reasonable time. I ordered online and the clothes look just as good in real life. They’re on the large size normally so best to order a size down.

I ordered this the âme suite jacket on the 26.12.22. it arrived on the 3.01.22. At first glance, I noticed it was creased. I only got a chance to get a good look today. when I ironed it, I discovered that it was not sewn properly. I have picture evidence. It’s lip sided. The lack of quality of the stitching is so obvious. I have no choice but to wear for the occasion I purchased I am so embarrassed. I hope I can come with a look where the stitching won’t be obvious

Bought a green long sleeved shirt a few years ago and when I washed it to remove a small food mark, the shirt was ruined. This, only using sunlight soap. In a sale a little later I replaced that shirt - just come back from dry cleaners who could not remove the small food mark. Never again French Connection . . .

Had to raise an issue with French Connection customer & they went over & above the call of duty to ensure I was happy which has made me want to review them. Honestly having had problems recently with terrible customer care (M&S) I honestly belief in giving praise where it is due & Leah you were brilliant. Thanks for realising that the customer deserves to be treated well & fairly.

"Didn't fulfil my order and couldn't be bothered to tell me"
Ordered an item during the Black Friday event. I received a confirmation email and then a second email blaming Royal Mail for delivery delays which set alarm bells ringing. Sure enough, I never received my order nor any further communication. Clearly, it was never dispatched. The item is out of stock in my size on the website, so I guess they took the order and couldn't fulfil it but couldn't be bothered to let me know.
Look at the reviews before ordering from this useless company. I won't ever shop with them again.
