My order has been cancelled because security thinks the transaction is fraudulent. I can assure my transaction is genuine. The whole experience has been very disappointing. Very unhappy with this service from such an established company.

A big thank you to Sarah Jane in the Tunbridge Wells branch. I aimlessly wandered in looking for inspiration for a wedding in two weeks, saw a few nice things but was definitely directionless. If it hadn’t been for Sarah Jane and her suggestions and encouragement I would still be without and outfit!
5 stars for customer service from her, I will be back.

"Dire Customer Service AGAIN"
Bought some jeans at a retail shop and was told I could return via the 'Returns Portal' if necessary as the shop was not local. Now on trying to use this portal, Customer Service tell me it's only for online orders and I'll have to pay to send it back. This is despite the fact that I have an email from them PROVING that this is what I was told when I purchased. They also don't appear to have a complaints department and I can only deal with Customer Services that just don't listen. Ridiculous to have to escalate this to regulators or do a Section 75, but I will do as a point of principle.
9/3 3pm: Thanks for the reply below but this is still not resolved. Someone in Customer Services said they would send me a returns label - but this hasn't happened. Please help

This is the second time I yet again am chasing a refund I like shopping with French connection but I am getting a bit fed up with chasing refunds all the time this one now is 4 weeks old not impressed with the service

I purchased a jacket and was charged 3 times more at the till!
When I immediately asked for a refund, they told me that they don't do refunds and I can only get the money on a gift card!
Borderline hilarious - I’m on the phone bank to cancel this fraudulent company.
