Wonderful customer service when I forgot to use a discount code on my order. In a very pleasant email Kurtis kindly organised a refund of the discount for me and I was so grateful. The shorts I ordered are lovely, arrived quickly and I was delighted with everything about the order.

Great experience in Newcastle store today. Staff absolutely went out of their way to help and it was so hot as air con not working. Daisy and Grace were lovely and the manager returned from her break with ice lollies for staff due to heat and gave me and my friend one too. Fab staff and fab lolly ….. result….. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

"I purchased some French Connection…"

I purchased some French Connection sunglasses from boots a few years ago one of the arms broke obviously boots do not carry spare parts as they are not the manufacturer and I’ve had them approx 3 years anyway - I reached out to French connection the manufacturer of the glasses and they quoted 2015 laws stating if that they can’t hall as the manufacturer…….
I only wanted to purchase a new arm for my sunglasses
I have never dealt with such an unhelpful - company - who obviously believe in a throw away market not a use and re-use ethos. Save the plant FRench connection - shame on you
