"Shocking"

Shocking, just being ignored!!

I brought 2 roger bar stools from FC home, they were white wood on the website, when they came they are blonde/white wood, I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for a week, you can’t call as they just direct you to an email address, I have emailed 3 times and they just ignore you

Absolutely shocking customer service, I will never use again if they continue to ignore me

"Fast delivery and great quality"

Ordered a light for our living room. Arrived extremely quickly (within 2 days); well packed and looks gorgeous. I was nearly put off by the bad reviews but so glad I went for it, in order to get such a nice light that isn’t available anywhere else.

"Super fast delivery"

Very efficient service & clear instructions (including return process), recently fed up about delivery of internet shioppings alots but FC does good deliver service!
However I'm not sure about other regions & area of service, I had orderd from London.

"Returned an item"

Returned an item. The post office tried to deliver w/o success, the package has been waiting for them to pick it up for 11 days. Most likely tit will be returned to me on Tuesday. I emailed, submitted the online form, called, left voicemails, no response... It seems like they really don't want to take possession of the returned package.

"Eventually got there in the end. Lovely products"

UPDATE: originally gave a 1 star due to the below, but FC has now rectified the issue and accepted my return so I am am happy with the service. Response time was slow due to covid pressures but we got there in the end so can't complain! I also had ordered a pillow/tufted cushion from them and it is lovely. Thank you for sorting this issue out for me.


No reply from customer service, no live chat or phone lines open. I ordered the wire pendant ceiling light and on the same day decided I'd like to cancel the order as it cost £25 for shipping which seemed ridiculous within London for a pendant light. I emailed, called, tried to find the live chat option on their site (which I have had no luck and doesn't appear to actually be an option). There was no reply to my customer emails in 10 days after repeated tries. Ultimately I was unable to cancel my order, received it, and now I want to arrange for a return which still isn't possible given I can't get a reply from them.
Truly awful customer service even considering covid, its really not a good enough excuse. The pendant light isn't as pictured and doesn't detail the drop length which comes with excess cord (am I meant to cut the wire?). Also, all retail companies should be giving customers a reasonable way to cancel their order within a timeframe after placing it, or return it.. It's really made me quite angry as I spent over £100 and is very disappointing so I'd avoid ordering anything from them. Haven't experienced such poor service from any other retailer during all of covid.

"Delivery late and no response"

Does FC ever respond to their customers? Is charging for 'Named Day Delivery' fair when they send you your order on a different day?

I paid £5.95 for a named day delivery, four days in advance. In the end, they sent the item on a different day, late.

I emailed them and so far got no reply - it's been three weeks. You would think they would want to have a decent customer service during lockdown and deal with online deliveries quickly. They definitely lost a customer

"So happy with my order!"

I almost didn't order because of the previous negative reviews, but I am so glad I did. Couldn't resist the sale but only bought a few things just in case. My order was delivered so fast! I ordered Jan 11th and received it today, Jan 13th. The items were so beautiful and fit perfectly. They are high quality materials and for such a great price. I will definitely order again. "Absolutely disgusted with their…"

Absolutely disgusted with their service!! you cant get through to anyone on the phone citing due to covid regulations?? I'm not sure how covid has stopped an organisation of this size ensuring they are still able to offer some sort of customer service because other retailers seem to be able to do it. I placed 3 orders prior to Christmas and have received non of them. I have sent 2 emails and used their online contact form and i still have not heard anything. never again!!

"Lovely Cushions"

Me and my husband where looking everywhere for some nice cushions. The ones from French Connection where our favourites and we ordered them, despite the bad reviews for this company. The cushions got here, a bit delayed, but its Christmas so that´s normal. They look like on the photos and feel like high quality. We are happy with our first purchase from French Connection.

"Quick Delivery Fee Charged, but no delivery and no response"

I placed order W2682421 and paid an extra delivery charge to receive it in time for my partners birthday 0. The delivery message from DHL said it would be delivered on that date, but when it got to 21.30 I moved it to the next date and they said they would deliver by 17.00.

Sure enough no delivery vehicled had arrived by 17.00 so French Connection were asked to cancel the order and refund it fully.( as a side note DHL claim they tried to deliver it at 20.00 on the second day, but it was one of those invisible silent delivery vehicles that a cynic might think had never even tried)

French connection are still ignoring me 5 days on as these large companies tend to and still have my cash when they have singularly failed to deliver what I paid for.

Do yourself a favour and if you want to buy their products then buy it from someone elses website so that you dont have to suffer their ignorant non existent customer service team which seems to consist of an auto reply email.

As far as Aesops fables reply below goes, its a complete fabrication like everything else connected to this shower or else how could I have received the auto reply with FC reference ticket 2034309. Clearly you measure time differently to the rest of the world and the 48 hour response is currently running at 6 days. I am sure you can respond and explain cant you anonymous FC ?
