You will receive an unexpected import charge invoice from fed ex about a month after your order.

"Order never showed up"

Order never showed up. Waited and waited. Tried contacting Pastrymade and didn't get response. Tried again today so maybe something will happen. Says the tracking number is expired. Update: Pastry made has contacted me and is attempting to remedy the problem.

"LOVE my rolling pins!"

LOVE my rolling pins and my free gifts! The only reason I gave a 4 star review is because I was supposed to receive the square cookie cutters, but received the round ones. I was disappointed, because now I have 2 sets of round ones.
However, this will not stop me from purchasing from them again! Their product quality is excellent, as well as their shipping times. I did not realize they ship from Poland (I am in the USA) and I received my shipment in less than 2 weeks after ordering! Their customer service is also excellent - my email inquiries were promptly answered.

"Update: finally fulfilled my order but late"

Update 2 January 13: got what I ordered finally relatively quickly. I don’t know what happened other than they didn’t gear up for the volume of orders. Update 1: the company gave me a choice of a refund or redelivery. In the same email, they asked me to remove my initial negative review. Neither of two items received but got refund for one they couldn’t fulfill. But it has been over a month and the $37 block I ordered has not shown up. It cleared customs on Dec 21. Since then nothing. Apparently they don’t keep track of whether you actually received the product. I told them I would like redelivery and to let me know when I should expect it. When and if I get information and my order, I will adjust my review further.

"Took my Christmas cookies up a notch!"

Loved the product. Bought some that were made in China several years back that were terrible. Such a difference in quality!

I was able to stamp a little better with the blocks than the rolling pins, but with a little practice, I think it will get better. You can definitely see the design and read the words with them.

Makes an extra special with ordinary Christmas cookies to add the stamps.

Also had recipes with the stamps that worked well.

Lots of great designs to chose from.

Had a little issue with shipping but was able to work it out with the seller.

I purchased two of the rolling pins. They are very well made. Can't wait to use them. Got them in the mail very fast. I was surprised since they had so far to be shipped. Very pleased.

"Absolutely beautiful"

Absolutely beautiful. Well made and shipped directly from Poland. I used the butter cookie recipe provided and they were delicious. There was definitely a bit of a learning curve to getting the right pressure and dough consistency to avoid it sticking. I used a lot more oil than expected on every surface including the ruler and counter. Canola oil seemed to be best because it’s non-drying and stands up to heat better.

Just got it in the mail looks very awesome. Cannot wait to use it. I'll let you know how it works. When I make my cookies. Very pleased.
