Excellent service from the team, easy to get through to someone and anyone I spoke to were very friendly and professional. I was happy to renew my policy. However the chap dealing with my query was super slow in replying to my emails, so I ended up having to call and speak to someone to chase up my renewal documents. Hopefully this can feedback can be used to remind staff to respond to emails in a timely manner.

I wish I had read these comments before dealing with this company. Paid and cancelled the policy before any policy documents or proposal accepted by the insurer. up to 60 days to refund even though I was told 3 to 5 working days. Absolute joke. Knowing what I know now even if they were the cheapest by hundreds of pounds I would stay well clear.

Got an online quote and have since been bombarded with over 10 calls and a voicemail the same day from various numbers trying the hard sell on insurance! Don't put your number in for a quote as they pass it on to third partys

I had to take out a year's insurance when I only wanted a month to sell a deceased relatives cars. Sold them with in the week but they only gave 50% of the annual cost back due to extortionate "admin" fees and to add insult to injury will take 60 days to refund the money.

DO NOT USE - filled with false promises and lies. all falls down to one individual and if you can’t contact them your buggered. In contact with the financial ombudsman regarding this company. Stay away from them and jim. one response was “i’m out with the wife” after days and days of trying to contact to which i replied if you don’t contact me about renewal i might not have a mrs a home or a business, i received no response what so ever. discussing treatment. then then had the guts to contact me and ask for £1000.00. which was promised to be moved over onto the following policy to which i wasn’t offered or quoted.

"Be VERY careful with this company"
Be VERY careful with this company. Set an insurance up on-line and paid. Then they send a message asking for proof of no claims discount. No problem I thought. But when I click through I find another message saying they are going to take an additional £107 because I had made a mistake in my information. I decide to cancel and get told they will charge me the one day I was covered for - fair enough I think - but then was charged a whopping £50 cancellation charge. Then to add insult I am told it could take 60 days to get my refund!. We all worry about illegal scams - this seems to be a legal one!

There bad alright . Customer service Arrogant as you can get. Customer service skills need to be desired and to ad to that they just decided to take money from my bank extra from my policy . My mind boggles with this place.
