Very poor service and unprofessional company. Late replies to email and poor guidance for a start up part time motor trader. Be careful. Now in a dispute after they cancelled a policy on something not explained and having to get the financial ombudsman involved to get back close to £5000 they have kept. I would avoid them and look elsewhere. Im in a complaints procdure right now and they have our money so dont give a toss. Terrible company

. No emails no cover information in the post when I called very rude am in the 14 day period. So I will be collecting all my deposit back - the days I've been insured . And asking for the records of the conversations. On bud is OK. Take eney conpliant high do ur homework.

Still in dispute with this firm since beginning of August 2020. I needed to insure my van in order to get it to an MOT station after I had sorned the van during lock down.
Took my money then asked me for additional details the last one being why was my vehicle uninsured over recent months? that was 2 days before insurance was due to start. You cannot email them before your policy is up and running (No reply email) There is an insurance document and info portal but it would not accept word or pdf files which it should have.and trying to reach them by phone was a waste of time as nobody answered. I asked my bank to cancel my credit card payment which they did but the money still left my account. Eventual after several days trying I got through . I was offered a part refund which I refused. The policy which in my eye's never started was cancelled a couple of weeks later. The vehicle which I had tried to insure was no longer mine as it failed it's MOT and I got rid.I am £37 worse off and have raised a credit card dispute. This company has a hands off approach to customers and a hands on approach to your money. My advice would be to steer well clear.
