Paying 136 monthly for an iPhone 14 after paying for two years and still a year to go!!
They do this illegal rebate thing but charge you the VAT on it all
They lie, pressure sell, lie more and I’m equally disgusted at Vodafone for not actually doing anything about this fraudulent scamming company
I asked to go sim only and they tried to lock me into a 70 a month ..36 months contract with another rebate
The rebate that they stop paying when they feel like it.
I tried to get out of the sale within days but they of course say sorry it’s a business contract you can’t leave !!
Onecom should be dissolved and made to refund every customer they have had
Look for the Facebook group with customers sharing their terrible experiences
The response from Onecom is also a pack of lies and I have all the recordings to prove it

Be very careful when you sign up for an account you are basically locked in. I was originally with Vodafone direct, but for some reason was moved to Onecom. Initially they were pretty good. As time has gone on they have become far more commercially focused and are now selling plans that lock you in. The plans are basically a scam. You sign up for a 3 year contract, you can renew after 17 months, but your cash back ends in month 16. You therefore have little choice but to renew for another 3 years to get the discount or face the prospect of running down the contract at the full rate. By the way the monthly fee with discount is the same as what you can get with Vodafone direct for a fixed 24 month contract. It is basically a scam. I am sure Onecom will say that you know what you are signing up, which of course you are, but they are constructed in a way to lock you in. The other thing is that the don't advise you that you are out of discount, so if you don't renew to lock yourself in again, you get charged at the non discount rate. So in my case I am paying £85 for sim only (being paying that since April) for another 11 months or renew and pay £35.

I signed up for a mobile phone account with onecom exactly 3 years ago. I was ASSURED by the onecom person Angela Yugen that my costs would be the same as i had been paying as a direct Vodafone customer.
HUUUUUGE untruth. The costs for my phone were more than treble what I was told.
I tried to get out of my contract as had been mis sold the product. Asked for a transcript of the original conversation (which apparently had been recorded) and it was no longer available surprise surprise.
DO NOT get an account with this company. If I had more time I would pursue the whole issue.

AWFUL. AVOID AVOID AVOID. THEY WILL AFFECT YOUR BUSINESS - Honestly the worst customer service ever imaginable, their poor service across the board has cost my business hundreds of pounds, currently on my 5th or 6th episode of lost service due to their poor communications. My contract is for a set amount yet they are invoicing for 3 x that amount, asked for explanation several times then as we didn't pay (whilst already in discussions ) they cancelled the service and sent me a bill for over £7k! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
