Most of the 5star Reviews are fake, this company is a scam - Our entertainment packages were down for 6 months and we received no compensation or explanation of why; we were explicitly told that the wifi boxes were free and would not incur a cost. (We had made this extremely clear that we do not want them if they’re to incur a charge). After the 17/18 months of our 3 year contract they began charging us for these, bringing our total to £200 per month for 1 phone and 2 SIM cards… (We’d never even opened the wifi boxes and they’re now trying to charge us one final payment AFTER our contract has expired because it takes them 30 days to shut them down) WE NEVER EVEN USED THEM THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE CONTRACT!!!! Spend hours upon hours on the phone to the most incompetent staff that bold face lie on the phone - Like we have, I’d advice if you have been tricked into a contract with these scammers, RECORD EVERY INTERACTION YOU HAVE WITH THEM, Trust me!
Onecom And Vodafone need investigating!

Added a cyber security service to my broadband service without even asking if I would like it now won’t refund the extra charges. And won’t let me cancel without paying £1400 as they also like to tie you in for 3 year contract. Avoid at all cost this rip off company

I’m Very Unhappy with onecom! By far this is the worst service I’ve ever had! Sales woman promises so much and it’s been a complete disaster of incompetence! I received my new phone on the 17/01/25 and it still is connected! Who knows how many customers I’ve lost due to them not being able to call me! They are not open at weekends! So I had to wait until today to message them on what’s app and at 8.30am they said my live data was missing and said I would be connected in 2-3 hours! 5.30pm I’m still not connected!!
I what’s app them again and they say on telephone it takes 10 seconds to connect but 40 minutes later I’m still waiting for a reply! I’ve now emailed, phoned and what’s app all day and still I’ve no connection! Disgusting Service!!!

Scamming liars false advertising and giving false information to get you to buy into their services u don't need then when u question it they tell you to refer back to the contract they tricked u into signing then refuse to listen to their fraudulent phone conversations

My so called contract went up from £40 to over £150/month. To add insult to injury - their customer service is appalling!!! Don’t touch them with a barge poll. That also goes for their partners-in-crime ‘VODAFONE’!

If you don't renew your contract for 2 years they will fleece you, don't go near them there are loads of companies out there who won't, they also added a 2gb of data sim card and charged me an extra £12 a month which I didn't want or ask for, why would anybody pay £12 a month for 2gb of data on a contract, they think you won't notice it. If anyone wants to view my contract I will make it available

"I have been with Onecom for a month now…"
I have been with Onecom for a month now and am really disappointed with the service. I (perhaps naively) thought I was signing up for a service where I would just receive calls made to my landline on my mobile number - That's how it was sold to me. Instead I have been presented with a complicated system that uses three different websites - none of which were explained to me, and all of which appear to be designed for companies with large numbers of employees. For the last month I have not been able to receive calls made from landlines despite repeated support requests. The Webex app that I use on my mobile phone often rings but I can't find a way to answer it and I also don't seem to be able to listen to my voicemails on it. The whole experience has been frustrating.
