"RUN AWAY!"
I searched Google Shopping for two bed frames, and saw that Wyckes had them at the lowest prices. Scam vendors post a price that doesn’t include the shipping, which ends up being so expensive that the total is as much or more than other stores’ prices. So I tried to go to the Wyckes site and view the shipping rates. These aren’t posted, and I couldn’t go partially through the checkout process to see what they were before buying—not a good sign. So I looked for contact info. They had no phone, text or chat option—just an email address. Another bad sign. But I put my request in an email and sent it. It came back as undeliverable. Of course by now I considered them scammers, but I wondered how long they’d been at it. So I came here to check the reviews. Not surprisingly, they were either five stars (and most likely fake) or one (by actual customers) with little in between. The older five-star reviews included some that looked legit, but the more recent ones were short, with few details aside from the extravagant praise. The one-stars were loaded with details—all of them bad. So for anyone wondering whether to buy from Wyckes, I’d say don’t walk—RUN in the other direction.

"Why does visa still run payments for them?"
Why are Visa and MasterCard still processing payments for these obvious criminals?! People should really report them directly to visa and MasterCard to try to get them to start processing this vendors payment requests! If enough people do it, they will take action. Really this person should be prosecuted and I can’t imagine it would be hard to build a case against them. We all need to attempt to press charges in the right jurisdiction or at the very least bring some kind of class action suit and attempt to get a cease-and-desist. Unlike the majority of scam sites, this one is based in the US and therefore these folks should be subject to US law and open to prosecution! When you intentionally take someone’s money in exchange for something you never actually intended to give them, that is fraud and it is very much a criminal offense! The securities and exchange commission might be interested since this is being done overstate lines with telecommunications…

Be aware this company I think it's fraudulent, scammers, if you go on the BB site you'll see all the complaints about how nobody got their order I haven't seen one good thing about him. Watch out they don't pay on the site you got to pay to email something fishy about this I'm speaking with Google about this now because Google's advertising on this site so what's making them look legit I'm trying to get Google involved here to stop and get them off the Google URL I wouldn't purchase from this

"Missing parts"
Bought 4 dinning room chairs from this company a year ago (Mar 20). Due to missing parts I was only able to assemble 3 of the chairs.
Since they do not have an operable phone, I have emailed them every month for the last 15 months to ask them to send me the missing parts.
No response.
I now have 3 dinning room chairs. The other one is in my tool shed.
I would not recommend doing business with this company.

I ordered Cal King bed frame made by Maywood on 06/20/21. Wyckes Furniture is based out of San Diego CA and takes on line orders only. They took my credit card info and processed the amount of over $400.00 right away. They did send via email an order detail which stated I would be contacted by them within 24 hours to review Oder. Never happened!!!! Also stated I would get shipment tracking info within 5-8 days,NEVER HAPPENED!!!! Emailed them back asking basic questions like, when can I expect shipment, where is tracking info, why haven’t you responded at my emails, et . NEVER HAPPENED!! Tried to make calls to the phone number listed 562-916-3368, and never got through, either the message center could not take any more and then nothing at all. Very bad customer service and I feel like I will never see the bed frame I ordered and paid for. I recommend whoever is considering using this company NOT TO USE THEM, THEY ARE BAD NEWS AND PROBABLY A SHAM!!!, follow up on my review, I contacted Capital One MasterCard and they got Wyckes to refund my money, so a happy ending to my story. You need to file a DISPUTE claim with your credit card company and let them go to work for you. Thank You CAPITAL ONE

"doors not delivered. Lost in the system. No customer service"
I ordered 3 internal doors for a village hall. They had been out of stock for at least 6 months and then new ones came in. They should have been delivered and were not although tracking said they had. Rang customer service the next day and i was told they bwould investigate and let me know. They did not. Rang again 2 days later. Same reply. Rang 2 days later and demanded i was to be informed that day what was going on. Needles to say I have not heard back. Shocking service

"I ordered something and never received it."
I ordered something and never got a confirmation. I reached out after a week and asked for an update and I was told 2-3 weeks, after 3 weeks and no product, I emailed again with no response. I gave them another week with no delivery and emailed again with no response. I checked my credit card to see if I had been charged which I had but then I noticed the day I emailed them for the 4th time I was given a credit. Still haven't gotten an order cancellation or any communication from them.

I ordered a Christmas present first week of December and here we are Memorial weekend and still nothing. I've emailed and called numerous of times for a refund and can't get a hold of anyone.

"If I could give negative stars I would"
If I could give negative stars I would. They do not allow you to call and speak to anyone. They just give you their address and website. The instructions to place an order were to send an email with specific information. I followed the instructions and never heard from them. AT ALL. I sent an additional email requesting info as I was trying to make a purchase. All I got was radio silence. Will never attempt to order from them again.
