I purchased a extend protection plan with accidental coverage. The product broke 13 months later. They said the plan did not EXTEND the warranty but covered it during the one year manufacturing warranty???? WHAT? I paid for a warranty offered by the manufacturer.

"SCAM"
Purchased plan through Ross Simons so my ring would be protected after the 1 yr warranty. Now Ross Simons says that the Extend plan replaces their warranty and told me to file a claim, so I did. Then Ross Simons backtracked and told me they’d offer me a refund if I cancelled the Extend claim. Extend is refusing to cancel the claim. They emailed me a visa gift card that doesn’t cover the amount needed to repair the ring. It’s a huge scam. I’m left with having to use the visa gift card to pay off the ring and a ring with a diamond missing from it. Do not ever buy the protection plan from Extend. It’s nothing but a scam.

"Won't replace broken product"
Got a warrenty on part of a blender that broke. They claimed they would give me store credit to replace the broken part, but the amount they gave me was only 70% of the actual cost. When I asked about the discrepancy, I was told they reimburse the amount the part cost when I made my purchase. That does not help me as I cannot go back in time to purchase my replacement part in the past. To add insult to injury, they do not cover shipping or taxes, so your replacement will always end up costing you money.

You will not get quick service and if looking for anything remotely close to the holidays they will deny you. Highly recommend staying away from this warranty. On top of this the reps are not nice nor accommodating. If you have any other option take that. They might offer the longest but are not the best.

Purchased a protection plan alongside my Bear Mattress purchases. Had some spillage and I was immediately approved for a free cleaning kit. Love how easy that was! Hope I dont require a replacement any time soon hah.

I was supposed to get an email with my extended warranty info from Extend, Inc and never did. I know I paid for it but neither Jaybird or Extend, Inc gave me any info if I need to put in a warranty request.
