I had my Oura ring stop working a month ago (have not even had the ring for 6months) and every time I call to get the replacement process started someone says they will have a "supervisor call me", a call from a supervisor has yet to come in. I have to call them every week for the past month (this started 02/28/24) and its the same thing every time! "someone will call you" with no resolution. Don't waste your money buying the warranty through them as they are no help at all!

The entire process, from getting the purchase confirmation to submitting a claim and claim follow up is simple and doesn't require a lot of time, everything is well documented and communicated through emails. The web site is well designed and information is easy to find and submit. Responses from customer service are prompt and on point.

Spent nearly $300 on a five-year protection plan on a $6k sectional. Shortly after receiving the item I noticed a tear/puncture in one of the cushions, but I do not know the cause. Could have been a defect from manufacturer, could have been caused during delivery, could have been after when I was getting the rest of my furniture back in place. When I filed a claim it was immediately denied - they cited fine print clauses saying that they do not cover delivery damage or manufacturing damage. So basically they will assume it is not covered first, rather than honoring coverage, if the cause is unknown. Plan specifically says it covers rips and tears of indoor furniture. Very deceptive business practice.
