I filed a claim with carparts .com, The fan was broke in a few places and the box had previously been opened because the box was taped from the inside. Extend sent me some info to be filled out , which I did including my bank info for the money to be returned to. Needless to say I received an email stating I had a gift card ready, I did not want a gift card. What do I do with broken fan?????? I am a single father and need that money, Please help. Told they won’t cover it. ? No reason just it’s denied but this is the exact reason I bought the extended plan . They sure do advertise a whole different t story
