"Genuinely the best customer service…"

Genuinely the best customer service ever!

Spoke with Marko about having a new contract as we move house in about a month. Firstly the process was outrageously simple and easy to fulfil but secondly he was the kindest, funniest man I've ever spoken to via customer service. Kept cracking jokes, made me feel at ease, let me use a discount code I'd found online. Honestly absolutely made my Saturday. God bless Marko!

I have been with Hyperoptic for 3 years without any problem of any kind. I recently upgraded to a higher speed and Dimitrije of the Hyperoptic Team dealt with my request speedily and efficiently. Great !

"Poor customer service "

My broadband package included a £50 M&S voucher, I joined Hyperoptic in September 2024 and I am still waiting for the voucher. I’ve contacted the customer service team several times and they still haven’t sorted it out. They have no issue taking my money out but can’t sort the problem out. I am very disappointed by this company.
The customer service care is lacking in professionalism.
