"Good internet, let down by a total lack of customer service "
Starting with a negligent install that damaged our property, Hyperoptic has been woeful in the their customer service. It took several weeks and dozens of phone calls & emails for them to activate our service for which we are yet to receive our "automatic" compensation. During this time, they were unresponsive, managers refused to accept our calls and the onsite engineers placed the blame on us for the delayed activation as a result of our initial complaint.
It is a shame as their internet service is good, but they simply refuse to take any responsibility or accountability when things go wrong. Hyperoptic deliberately ends conversations when they are not resolved and have been a nightmare to communicate with.

"My Hyperoptic Installation Was Challenging But Successful"
My Hyperoptic installation was a challenging one but Abdi, Daniel, Brandon, Wayne and Neville worked together so effectively that it was completed and activated on the same day.
The team members were punctual, well presented, polite, engaging and knew what they were doing. I should add too that the installation was discreet and the team cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.

Overcharging ( Internet is £60 ) then charged me another £60 when they stopped my wifi
WHen i called to cancel they still charged me REACTIVATION FEE and additional £10 so my final 1 month without wifi bill was £83.

Just DON'T. Do not get into this situation.
Customer service know absolutely nothing about what's actually going on, and have been extremely unkind on several occasions despite the fact that we have now been waiting 5 weeks for them to install WiFi at our property. I don't mind the wait, I knew that might happen, but they just give incorrect information at every step of the way and speak to you like you're ridiculous for questioning it. I am yet to get correct information that reflects what is actually happening even ONE time from them.
Engineers are exceptional, lovely and professional but unfortunately the admin of the system organising them is terrible.
If we hadn't been waiting so long for this now and already down the rabbit hole we would be switching providers immediately. AVOID.

Excellent installation done by the engineer named Fernando. He has patiently explained the procedure and know how with thoughtfulness for our needs and ability to linking all the devices effectively at all corners inside our premises. The wifi works right after the installation just one day after my placement of my purchase of the service. Very efficient! It works far better then my previous broadband service at just 50% of the monthly fee.

I've been a Hyperoptic customer for approximately three years now, and I can confidently say they're the best broadband provider I've ever had. Their speeds have consistently met the 1GB as advertised and I've not experienced any downtime during my time with them.
They have fantastic customer service, always able to speak to a human being. But above all their broadband just works, I haven't had to spend even a single day thinking about it since the day it was installed. It just works, all the time.
Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with my 1GB fibre connection from Hyperoptic, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking reliable, high-speed broadband.
