The speeds are consistently excellent, with no slowdowns during peak hours. Great value for money and a vast improvement over my previous provider. This 5 star for Darja who helped me not for hyperopic.
I had a connection problem it is comes up every year some reason,but this time was the very first time i got instant and professional help.
Usualy hyperoptic very hard to deal with every year is a fight and huge disappointment to deal with them over the contract despite i their long term customer.
Anyway Darja was really a pro and looked after me and my problem.
Over years she was the only one there and i very appreciate her professional help.
Sorted my issue fast and looked after me till the new parts arrived and also helped with the set up a bit.
Excellent work and top Darja.
Hyperoptic as the company i do not recommend they not care about existing or long term customers and the quality also not good so better to avoid.

AVOID
So I was moving out and the new account holder set up a new account with these crooks only 3 days after my last payment. Guess what, they are after £175 cancellation fee because the new account was set up 3 days, yes only 3 days, after I closed my account. And when I asked nicely to look into it and cancel the payment, even offered to pay the extra 3 days, which apparently it is not something they can do!!

I was lucky enough to have Hyper Optic available in my 2nd floor flat. They were able to install it and provide excellent communication throughout.

The quality, speed and reliability is great.
