Signed up with Hyperoptic, really good at first however we are moving and wanted to take hyperoptic with us, they are not in the area we are moving to and then they had the cheek to try and charge me a termination fee even though it is not our fault they are not in our new area.

"Ordered in November, still waiting in February"
Ordered in November. Now it's February and still they can't tell me when the installation will take place.
Customer service on the phone are very friendly but they don't have any power - they can't even call someone in the relevant installation department.
I've been asking for an update with an estimated date and no one responds to me with anything other than soon. Is February soon after November when you are waiting in a new house without internet?
Their website showed that the service was available for my address when I placed an order - there was no suggestion that it would take more than 3 months to install.
