Only just had installation but Anthony D 14651 was amazing. Super tidy, polite and fast. Set everything up and was a pleasure. Let’s just hope the broadband is as good,

"Contract renewal"

Contacted Hyperoptic to renew my contract. I was customers service agent was Ibona who was polite, knowledgeable about the services they provide and quick with my request.
Highly recommend Hyperoptic to anyone that is in their coverage area.

"I have not got their broadband up and…"

I have not got their broadband up and running yet but to get here, I was helped by 'Maja'. I had ordered online earlier but due to 'One Tap Switching' I needed to re-order but it was not allowing to use Promo code I used online. Maja co-ordinated with backend team and chased with them and fulfilled the order with original promo. Hope their line as as good as their customer services!

"3 weeks and counting of no internet"

I signed up for hyperoptic and my activation date was set for exactly 3 weeks ago. I'm still without internet and I have no estimate of when this will be resolved.

I have called hyperoptic multiple times trying to resolve this and each time there is no solutions or estimates of when it might get fixed. I've also been promised emails that have never come and been told multiple times the issue is resolved when it has clearly not been.

I would not recommend them to anyone and I will probably just cancel as I have no faith this will be sorted any time soon

"Have to argue over the phone for a competitive renewal"

Renewal time, first and only option is £12pm higher than my current, had to say over and over again that I don’t want to pay much more than I currently am, what else is available, each time being told to wait on hold before they come back with only one package more expensive, then another wait and another.. eventually settled paying more than before for a package HALF as fast, only to find out competitor rates are much better. Maybe join for initial period then go to another provider who actually cares about keeping you.

"Tanja patiently helped me renew"

Tanja quickly and efficiently helped me renew a 12month contract for a good price with a mini-hub thrown in to boost the wifi.
Tanja took the time to explain the price and the terms and conditions a couple of times for me, until I was ws sure I had understood everything.
