Despite waiting almost an hour in a queue I received top-quality support once my call was answered. I was helped in the most professional way by Stefan A who was considered and well experienced. He reassured me that even though I do not have any info about the device I found in my property we could work around and set everything. He went even further and after setting everything helped me to check all the connections and explained the differences in operation using different WiFi frequencies.

It was a long process to get the service up and running but so far so good now that it is. I was extremely impressed with Milica P in honouring the original offer, despite the prolonged delay to going live. Also Adam H was brilliant in doing the install. Great communication and knowledgable. Hopefully the service will continue to impress from here on.
