Nadja was friendly and professional. Also shoutout to Maksim for his support during this lengthy and often painful process.
To note, this wasn’t a straightforward journey - it’s taken over 7 months to get fibre into my home, supposedly due to the civils team. I believe Hyperoptic are no longer using this team due to the issues they’ve had this past year. So going forward, hopefully it’ll be a smooth process for future customers.

I had a brilliant conversation with Ana who played a key role in my eventual subscrition. The flexibility of rolling contract is also a plus for me. On the downside, not many options for lower broadband speeds so I have had to go for 150mbs which is somewhat costly.
I'll come back to review after my go-live.

Signing up was great and easy and preinstall visit swift. However after that endless emails saying 'civil' works were needed further update to come. This went on for 4 weeks only then to get an email to say installation not possible account closed! Not sure why the property is in central London neighbours have full fibre from a well know supplier and they constantly leaflet the property to switch or join. Called customer support but no explanation. So cannot review the actual service but the delay and termination was awful.
