I called to renew my contract as my fixed term came to its end. Mia was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and managed to sort it out for me in less than 5 mins - very refreshing to be able to talk with a matter expert without waiting on hold for hours. After a year of use, my router began to misbehave. I contacted customer support and after trying a number of different configurations the - very patient - technician offered to send out a replacement router which arrived two days later. What he didn't do however was tell me that my two mini-hubs would not work with the new router.
After another phone call to customer support a very helpful Zora offered to dispatch a pair of compatible mini-hubs....and also clarified another set up conundrum.
I understand that equipment fails sometimes, but I cannot criticise the speed, knowledge or civility of the two customer support operatives. Thank you.
