TRY TO SIGN UP WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY! FIRSTLY WANTED TO USE MY PERSONAL IDENTITY DOB FOR A PASSWORD AND THEN INFORMED ME MY EMAIL ADDRESS CAN ALSO BE USED? THIS TATIC IS DELIBERATE AND I AM KNOW THE LANDLORD AND THE GOVERNMENT EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE! I AM AWARE OF YOU PATHETIC ABUSE! SHORTLY AFTER RECEIVED A CALL FROM HO. THEY OFFER NO FORM OF PROTECTION FOR THE CONSUMER IN TERMS OF SECURITY FOR THE ACCOUNT! SO THE PASSWORD CANNOT BE CHANGED UPON CALLING IN, TOLD VIA THE TELESALES LADY.! I SPOKE TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY CAN SECURE THE ACCOUNT WITH ANOTHER PASSWORD!(SO THIS CAN BE CHANGED) THEN PASSED BACK TO THE SAME TELESALES PERSON INFORMING ME OF THE SAME RUBBISH I CANNOT CHANGE MY PASSWORD! RED FLAGS TO ME I DO NOT KNOW WHOM I AM SPEAKING TO! DOES NOT SEEM LEGITIMATE IN TERMS OF SET UP OR SERVICE. I AWAIT YOUR RESPONSE AS YOU COME ACROSS AS UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNSURE THE PROTECTION OF CONSUMERS DATA IS NOT IN ACCORDANCE TO THE DATA PROTECTION. THIS IS DELIBERATE AND I KNOW WHO HAS SENT YOU! LUDWIG AND FOR ALL THE PEASANTS WATCHING MY ACCOUNT YOUR TIME WILL COME!

"Smooth Renewal Experience"
For my broadband renewal this year, I received a clear and detailed email explaining my options a month before my package was due to expire.
Then today, after a wait in the queue of just a few minutes, Tanja in the Customer Service team took my renewal call, explained the details of the new package and equipment I'll be receiving before completing the renewal.
The whole process including queuing took less than ten minutes and as ever for Hyperoptic, the Customer Service team were super helpful and polite.

Great internet speed I have been using it for a week no complaints. The modem was already installed in my flat so I just had to sign up online.
I could not activate on the day the service was to start so I called Hyperoptic and they managed to do so after telling me to unplug some of the cables.
The helpline for Hyperoptic is vastly better than all other internet/mobile companies and I have used nearly all the major ones. The staff are very good at communicating, knowledgeable and efficient.

"Worst customer experience, you will never get an installation date."
The worst customer experience I have EVER had with a WIFI provider.
I have spent the past month trying to book an installation date and they keep booking me in for dates when I am not even in the property. I end every phone call with them promising they will get back to me, when surprise surprise, they ever get back to me. It's been constant emails and phone calls from me to them with no resolution.
Confused how this company has so many amazing reviews on how great their customer service is when I have not seen that at all. Everyone in the company has no idea what is going on and says the system is continuously experience issues so nothing can be booked or cancelled.
Not work the price or effort you have to put in to use this WIFI provider.

"Excellent installers"
Our installation was not straightforward as some civil digging had to be done but the company communication was very good and on the day the installers could not have been better. Nabeel and Edrus got everything working despite some of the street work being unfinished and went the extra mile to get it done that same day. The service seems as fast as promised although I will need to extend the signal as it slows when in far corners of the Victorian House.
