"Took money knowing no product to supply. "

Took my money a month ago, li d about reason for delays and the eventually I found out they haven't had and do t have any stock of Weygovey to dispatch. Date of order 10/3/25 last contacted on 3/4/25.
The. Told cannot get money back and make a complaint. Surely against consumer laws but this is being checked by my legal representatives.

Only 1star because the telephone guys must have such a terrible time!

I had an awful experience with this company. The customer service is almost non-existent! I reached out multiple times via email with questions about a product I purchased, but none of my emails were ever answered. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel ignored as a customer.

To make matters worse, the item I purchased came without any instructions, which made it even harder to figure out how to use it properly. I’ve never had such a poor experience with a company before, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. If you need help, forget about it – they clearly don’t care about their customers.

Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere if you want to actually get support when you need it.

Will not use this company again, poor clinical decision making trying to contradict your GP and very poor customer service with emails ignored. Ordered my first pen due to a discount through the referral scheme, clinician approved but I was waiting days for it to be dispatched, chased up as I was going on holiday and I understand it needs to be kept cold, I was asked can’t it be left with a neighbour. Only after my second order was more clinical evidence requested from me because my GP wouldn’t share, it took them 4 weeks to review this information only to be told to stop the medication and they will be pausing all subsequent prescribing. I’ve provided the evidence required and assurance from my GP that I can use this medication but they won’t listen to that causing a disruption in my supply. I think I’d rather listen to my GP who knows my full medical history than a pharmacist who has seen a small snippet and takes weeks to respond. Very slow and poor customer service, surely medical reviews should be undertaken before prescribing 2 pens and not after. Unprofessional and won’t use again.
