Absolutely useless. I bought my vulnerable mum into the shop to order a gas hob on Monday 20th January.

I told this young whipper snapper that it was urgent as my mum of 87 is vulnerable. He assured my that it would be delivered no later than Thursday the 23rd or Friday 24th into the warehouse.

I then make a follow up call to chase up on Friday 24th, whereby the Manager of the store then told me that’s “impossible” as they only process there orders on a Thursday and as such my order only went through yesterday. He then handed me over to the whipper snapper who took my order so that he could explain his actions, whereby he apologised for getting it wrong.

The young whipper snapper then assured my it would be in early the w/c 26th Jan. I told him the same thing when I placed the order with him that I am going abroad on Friday the 31st, so it needs to be installed by then. He assured me it would be.

I just called the store this morning (Wednesday 29th) only to be told that it’s still on order and that the item has not even been delivered to the warehouse yet.

Pathetic company so I’m going in store for a full refund for failure to keep to their word. Buyer beware went ordering from the hadleigh Essex store.
