Helen was great to work with. Her responses were always very quick and she answered any and all questions that I had. She even assisted me in returning some unused parts and materials that I didn't need. I would highly recommend Muzata for anyone looking to install new railings.

Free design services, and great customer service and support after the sale. For me a first time DIY, tutorial instructions easy to follow. One thing that needs to be mentioned; when tightening cables, try not tighten the Allen wrench side. While holding Allen wrench side, tension cables with the muzata T wrench. I found that tightening from Allen wrench side tends to come loose.

"Great Railing; Confusing Roadmap!"

Overall, I'm pleased with the Muzata wire railing on my deck. I'm giving it 4 stars mainly due to issues with the website and instructions. Finding the right parts was confusing, as the names weren’t intuitive, though I appreciated their order review and corrections. The instructions were also unclear, with overly precise measurements like 'Drill 30 degrees 1 37/64" deep holes' and 'Mark point B at 1 17/64"...' which felt overwhelming for this first-time installer. That said, the final result is great, and I'm happy with how it turned out.

'Drill 30 degrees 1 37/64" deep holes' and 'a 9/32" drill bit' and even 'Mark point B at 1 17/64"...' I've never installed anything like this before, and this level of precision made it seem quite overwhelming. But as I said, I'm happy with how everything finally turned out.

Lia was quickly responsive to all my questions. She resolved an inventory issue immediately. The Railing system looks beautiful, far better to my wood railing system that was deteriorating. Definitely use the wood like handrail. The railing system opens up the area and gives the effect spaciousness. I was so impressed I gave a tip to Lia.

Muzata has a great person named Nico who helped me design, order & install your rail system. It was easy to order going thru the Muzata website. Nico recommended a great installer named Tony Gracian of 4d ironworks who did an excellent job installing 2 decks and an inside stairway.

Excellent product and service provided. Only complaint, is that the washers do not stick very well to wood. I had to use glue. There is also a fair amount of wasted drill bits, tools, etc sent in the order. All in all though, a great product. Good instructions and easy to use.

I personally installed two deck railings and two interior railings, using different attachment styles and colors. When you ordered the incorrect parts, customer service text or emailed me to ask if I meant to order parts that didn’t go together correctly and helped me order the correct parts for my project. Their instruction videos were very helpful as well. They were always nice and helpful. Love how all my projects turned out.
