"I’m a first time user of the cable…"

I’m a first time user of the cable railing product. I thought I had everything I needed so I submitted my order. A very kind lady Helen reviewed my order and noticed some things that needed changed. Once she reached out about my order she has since been helping with a bunch of other questions and concerns I had with other parts of my project. Her expertise knowledge and commitment to make sure I was on the right track made my experience a great one. I would absolutely recommend this product to other people and especially because my customer service went above and beyond to help a make sure I had what I needed. Thanks Helen

"Excellent service in Design, Quotation, and followup questions"

I dealt with Lia when obtaining a quote for my handrail system. She was great. I made several changes and she made the changes I requested without complaint. Muzata provided a detailed installation plan and quotation, which was quite complete and accurate.

I am installing this myself so I had to understand the system before starting installation. As I started to unpack all of the parts, many questions arose. Lia and Brandon have been great in answering my questions, and in sending me videos to learn how everything goes together.

The only problem with quality that I have observed are with the post flange covers, which all have paint damage. They are not stainless steel, but painted gray. I have inquired if these covers should be stainless steel, and, if not, to provide replacements. All of the Stainless Steel parts are beautiful.

Update on December 2,2024. I was not aware that the flange covers had a protective film on them. What I thought was paint damage was localized wear on the film on some corners. Once I was made aware of the film, I removed and found that the covers were indeed stainless steel and in perfect condition. It was my mistake.

Had a minor problem with my order but the Muzata support team addressed it quickly and had a new part fast shipped to me way sooner than I ever would have expected. I have another deck project coming up and will be using this system there as well. I also loved the price point. It looks amazing but didn’t break the bank on my project.

We have ordered over 30k of material this past year from them and there vendors. Never one time this year have we had a single purchase go ok.

Missing items, saying it was delivered when it wasn’t, falsely claiming delivery days constantly this entire year.

I called Muzata’s Customer Service phone number, spoke with Gentleman named Brandon. Brandon was professional, polite and very helpful. He advised I should contact Muzata’s technical advise team for quote which would provide me with design specs and all items I would need to buy to complete our stair railing project.
I submitted my quote request online as Brandon had advised. Within 8-12 hours I heard back from the technical advisor Sarah with detailed design and items to purchase to implement the design! Sarah’s professional attitude and technical knowledge was impressive and they speak volume about the kind of company Muzata is!
