From the design phase to completed installation, Lia was with me the entire time. I had numerous questions which were answered fast. Muzata customer service, and Lia, were awesome. DIY projects always require some assistance and she was prompt with responses and solutions.
I'm so happy with the results!

"I made a mistake in posting a note…"

I made a mistake in posting a note saying I had not received credit for my deposit when in fact I did upon a note from Kari showing my error. The design service was very helpful and recommend it. I am very pleased with how Muzata handled everything along with a great looking railing .

A little over a year ago I ordered materials from Muzata for a porch railing. The products were excellent... I could not be more pleased. This last week I decided to purchase again to put railing on a different patio; but I could not find my receipt nor could I figure out which items (cable, screws, sleeves, etc.) I had purchased earlier. I wrote Muzata and asked if, by chance, they could find my old order just by my name and approximate date I ordered.

In two hours I received a detailed email from Brandon at Muzata. It had the product list; but more importantly Brandon pointed out that some products were no longer available through Muzata, but directed me to the Amazon sites where they could still be purchased. I placed a new order that night.

In a day when we no longer expect the quality customer service we once-upon-a-time received from vendors, the swift and detailed service I got from Brandon was an extremely pleasant surprise. This company makes good products, and provides even better service. Cannot recommend Muzata strongly enough.
