Do not order from this company.. I changed my address with them 3 years ago. They sent my recent ordered item to an old address & refused to compensate for it. I’m just out the money. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

"The worst"
The worst. No wonder all of us are buying from Amazon. be careful placing an order and try to cancel. They make it very difficult so we cannot cancel our order. Then the shipment came. We refused the shipment and it takes them nearly 2 months and did not even credit back to my account. We don’t have time to call every few weeks to monitor, this is the worst place that I’ve ever dealt with. Warning do not assume that they’re gonna issue a credit for you unless you call repeatedly and make sure you keep record and request an email for evidence. Never again will I shop here

"IT'S ALL GOOD UNTIL IT ISN'T - AND YOU NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM"
I have ordered patio furniture, drapes/panels (all 10 were consistent in size and color, picture frames, loveseat, etc. from Wayfair and all were good quality.
I recently ordered four lamps. One had faulty base screws which would not secure lamp. Another had wiring that would not allow lamp to work correctly. I put them back into their boxes and original packaging (not an easy task) and then found found out, when I went to print out return receipt, that Wayfair would like to have ME pay a hefty amount in return charges. I called customer service, where I was given a stern rebuke for even asking, and told that the ONLY way to return these without charges is to unpack the lamps, take pictures of faulty pieces, submit pictures to Wayfair, get approval. Essentially, pay with money or time.
As I was going through previous Wayfair orders, I noticed a $70 return (the only return I had made to Wayfair before this current one) that was never processed. It still shows "Pending Return" on screen, though I returned it two years ago.
So, I would say, "Buyer Beware" and know that Wayfair does not have a simple return process. I was going to order two, matching, sideboards, from Wayfair, but consider items that large, and that expensive, risky propositions.

"Ordered a fireplace from Wayfair before…"
Ordered a fireplace from Wayfair before Xmas! Got it, put it together and it didn't work!! Lights up but heating element turns off after a few seconds. Called Wayfair they said I'd have to contact Twin Star Homes the mfg. Called them waited1 hour on hold!! Promised to ship part still haven't gotten it! Called again in 2 mouths after promise date said ship out again-nothing! I think Wayfair should back what they sell!!!!

"Very poor experience trying to return…"
Very poor experience trying to return an item after having it for 40 days. I will no longer be a Wayfair customer. Extremely disappointed in customer experience.

Horrible experience. In a day and age where online returns are key to customer experience, Wayfair does not, in mostly all cases, not allow free returns. Be careful...there are so many other platforms that give you the safeguard to send back free of charge if product comes and it's not what is expected.
