"I bought outdoor furniture 11 months…"
I bought outdoor furniture 11 months ago and paid $950 plus an additional $140 for a 5 year warranty. I just noticed that my grey cushions are turning light purple from where the sun shines on one of the chairs. Tried to file a claim under the warranty and was told that it was not coverage because the damage is weather related.
Are you kidding me? Why would I have a warranty purchased through Wayfair from Allstate that does not cover weather related damage on outdoor furniture? So now I have thrown away over $1000 for purple furniture that looks like crap. Thanks Wayfair! Very disappointed. I feel like I've been scammed.

I recently purchased a home office desk from Wayfair. Absolutely in love with it! Came exactly as described and didn't take long to assemble. If you follow the directions which are clear and direct it won't be a problem. And shipping time was great!

Expect cheap customer service and crappy product
We just bought a coffee table from Wayfair last October. Four months later, we came home finding that the coffee table’s legs were broken. Contacted wayfair and they said their warranty is only 30 days. They even dont want to send out replacement parts
So be prepared to throw stuffs away if anything breaks :)

It’s like a glorified Temu. I bought a fairly expensive rug from Wayfair. It arrived cut (it was wrapped in plastic with an huge gash) and that was the first red flag I had that I should’ve trusted, but didn’t. I decided to give Wayfair the benefit of the doubt. A year later and this rug is by far the worst, most poorly made rug I have ever had. The amount of shedding that happens DAILY is just disgusting and my allergies cannot take it anymore.

"Ordered two lampshades"
Ordered two lampshades. Box arrived puctured damage to one shade. Offered me 25% credit? Also offered to send repair parts on a lamp shade. Told me they would send return authorization. None of this happened. Told me they'e ship another. That didn't happen either. Based on reviews from others, I would avoid this company.

Never buy from waifair. They are selling things that thwy know are defective and they sell them anyways and if you email them for resolution? They will put you in a run around without solution. They dont read the history of your email and they are really bad communication on resolution. When I ask them to send me a panel that have even spacing. And their response is, they will see if they can find one. Which means, they are pretty much aware of this and never mentioned to their customers. I will never buy from waifair ever again. I have spent thousand of dollars from waifair and none of complaint and resolution got resolved. They probably laughing when they read my email because they thought they fooled people.

Don’t buy from Wayfare because if you are unhappy with product they will not treat you fairly. I ordered what I thought was a 50 lb box of fatwood. They delivered a 25lb bag in a badly damaged box that was taped together & open on one side with wood falling out! They refuse to send me the correct amount( some secret group decided this) or replace the damaged half filled box. They assume I am lying as the FedEx guy hid the open side of the box in his picture. The only recourse I had was a $13 refund for a $63 item! Horrible customer service! I will NEVER buy from them again!
Reply from Wayfare! This issue has NOT been resolved!!! Unbelievable! I have received NO communication from Wayfare on resolution! Was told they are investigating with FedEx where the other 25 lb package is. This was only after I called customer service for the 3rd time! Horrible customer service!
