The picture did not match what I received. Wayfair would not give me a refund. They used to be great, but I do not trust them after this experience and will not buy from them again.

"Wayfair is nothing but scammers"
Wayfair is nothing but scammers. My item I ordered was delivered to the wrong house. The photo is NOT my house. I went round and round with them and got so many different instructions. Finally spoke to Damon in management and he was rude and dismissive. We will be filing a chargeback because this is such a headache.

"Problems with purchasing and support"
I've been trying all weekend to buy something from their website. There's some kind of error that preventing me from getting very far into the purchase process. I've tried both chat and phone support and neither of the agents seemed to understand the simplicity of the problem. After reading reviews here, I'll definitely not proceed with a purchase.

"Duped by Joss & Main - aka Wayfair "
I found a table on Joss & Main, a Wayfair brand. Before ordering, I called to make sure it was in stock. In hearing that it was, I opened a Wayfair credit card (backed by Citi) to make the purchase because of the advertised positive terms. Although my credit score is in the 800s, I receive just enough credit to buy the table. Okay.. whatever. I planned to close the card after paying off the table anyway. -- The table was labeled "preparing for shipment" for two weeks. I called twice to inquire. The first time I was told it's "in process". The second time, I was told there was no number in inventory. The table was, in fact, not in stock yet they deducted the price of the table from my credit limit. I canceled the table and then canceled the card. I hate Wayfair and all its associated brand. Never again.

They sent me the wrong item. To return it, I had to pay the shipping for their mistake. Hmm, you mess up and I have to pay for the shipping fee? Never again. Stay away.

"Extremely unhappy "
Extremely unhappy with their cancellation and return policy. Ordered a desk and decided to change the color the next day. Even though the item was supposed to be delivered next week I was not able to cancel or make changes. Called customer service and talked to supervisor. She said since the item has been loaded on the truck, cancellation or changes are not possible and to return I will have to pay for shipping. Nowadays that online shopping is a thing there is no charges for return. This policy of Wayfair is ridiculous and I personally will never order anything from Wayfair.

"Chair received about Oct 29th not working"
Chair received about Oct 29th, 2024 and worked great until end of December then we had issues with it stopping in the middling of raising or lowering. It was an electric recliner with the controls on the left inside armrest. About Jan 7th, 2025 when I was lowering it from a full reclaiming position, it stopped about 6 inches from the floor and has been that was since. We called Wayfair directly through phone calls and emails and all they keep saying is, they’re working on it. We either want it fixed, replaced, or our money back and they will not respond to us. We thought we were saving a few $100’s but this company is bogus. Buyer beware if you buy any furniture from them that is electrical.

"Dishonest company with inaccurate…"
Dishonest company with inaccurate shipping dates. I placed an item which showed that I will get it get it in 5 days. It arrived 15 days later. And in return I am asked to pay for return shipping costs. Stay away from this scam.

"Wayfair and the wasted money…."
I have spent a couple thousand dollars on Wayfair - I can’t seem to escape all the issues. There hasn’t been a smooth transaction yet. Paid $650 for a coffee table that they sent me a used looking base - NOW I’m still waiting for a replacement part weeks later. Issue after issue after issue and nobody seems to know WTF is going on there - I keep getting different answers and the run around. Needless to say - I’m done spending my money at Wayfair. Very poor.
Update: they finally reached out and I received the answers and finally some clarity on the replacement part for one item. The part finally came in and order was completed. A lot of work for an order….appreciate the communication

"Wayfair has no customer service"
I'm a pro with Wayfair. I ordered a medicine cabinet online and got the pro price. A few days later the price dropped. Apparently they have "flash" sales and if the price drops, you are out of luck. They won't price match. The whole concept of a flash sale doesn't work, especially for PROS. I will never order from Wayfair again.
Be careful of their flash sales. If you order an item and the price drops a few days later, you won't get a price adjustment.
