"they have all the fake and badly made stuff no one else will sell"

My neighbor bought an office chair on Wayfair and needed help assembling it. Took me and another neighbor 4 hours and STILL could not make it secure to sit on because some of the holes are drilled wrong.

"Extremely Disappointing Experience"

Extremely Disappointing Experience
I ordered a few items from Wayfair, and I was left waiting for hours for my delivery. Out of nowhere, they canceled my order at the last minute without any notification—no call, email, or text. I had to call them myself to figure out what happened, and even then, they couldn’t offer any real explanation or solution. They never admitted to the mistake or apologized, and instead, I was left hanging with no timeline for when I might actually receive my items. The lack of communication and poor customer service is beyond frustrating. Wayfair has seriously let me down, and I’ll think twice before ordering from them again. Very, very bad customer support.

"DON'T BUY CLEARANCE ❗️❗️❗️"

Like many below, don't purchase anything on clearance.

1. They'll either keep pushing the delivery back months to force you to cancel
2. They'll send you something that does not match the pictures and then boom, YOU CAN'T RETURN IT.

Let's go back to real furniture stores that accept exchanges and care about our experience. I'm a cardholder and everything and there's no wiggle room to make my order right.

Bought a gift card as a Christmas gift at the beginning of December. The gift card never shipped, and I was never notified. Called to have shipped again beginning of January. The order still says not shipped as of the end of January.

"Don't plan on returning anything"

Customer service is awful. Shipping is awful (usually FedEx, which sends emails changing delivery times daily). Merchandise can be good or ridiculously shoddy, and not packaged sufficiently for the contents to arrive unscathed. And God forbid you need to return anything--Wayfair makes it nearly impossible. I bought a mattress and didn't like it; trying to return it within the 90-day window is proving extremely difficult, and I've been trying for over a week now. Wasted hours on the phone and computer trying to get it picked up and still nothing. Will never buy from Wayfair again.

"No More Wayfair for Me"

I ordered two sets of dishes in early December. One came on time and one did not. Eventually, I contacted them and was told they would open an investigation. Several weeks later, I finally heard that the order was cancelled. In 2024, I ordered three things from Wayfair and two of them were cancelled -- and not initially by me. During the same period, I had 147 orders from Amazon and had no cancellations although I did return 2 items. In fact, in all of 2024, the ONLY online store that cancelled my orders was Wayfair. Poor service. Poor interactions. No more Wayfair for me.

"Broken item sent, deducted return shipping from refund"

I was sent an item that had been poorly re-packaged (must have already been a previously returned item) and it had so much damage to it when I opened it that I could not assemble it. Getting a return initiated was such a painstaking, time-consuming process, and I was assured that I would not have to pay for return shipping. Wayfair deducted the return shipping from my refund anyway and I had to waste more than 3 hours contacting them by phone, chat, and email several times over the course of nearly 2 weeks and finally got a refund.

"Appalling experience"

Appalling experience. Customer Service is ZERO. Bought an item and within 5 minutes of opening reported as faulty. Provided clear photographs of the damage but for some reason the agent could not see the damage which was a clear as day and refused to allow me to return. Also advised they didnt have a complaints policy! BEWARE OF SHOPPING WITH THIS COMPANY

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! READ REVIEWS! ITEMS DO NOT SHIP IN A TIMELY MANNER. WEEKS AND MONTHS LATER you may get your order IF THEY DON'T CANCEL YOUR ORDER. So VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!! IF YOU DARE TO CALL FOR ASSISTANCE REPS ARE RUDE TALK OVER YOU AND ARGUE. DON'T SHOP HERE. TOO AGGRAVATING, Their response to contact them is useless. It does not show a resolution, just contact them so they can be rude and disrespectful again. I still do not have my order nor do I know when or if it will ever be shipped. DON'T BUY HERE.
